We’ll begin by scheduling our initial consultation to discuss your wellness objectives and what you hope to achieve. Our first meeting will focus on understanding your current wellness intake form and crafting a personalized plan to align with your unique needs and goals.

Next, Complete an Intake Form
After scheduling, you’ll receive an intake form to provide insights into your current lifestyle, habits, and aspirations.

Personalized Review & Follow-Up
Once your intake form is completed, we will review your responses and schedule a follow-up. During this time, we will discuss your information and present personalized opportunities tailored to your journey.

Please note: Consultations are only available to Tennessee residents due to state licensing laws.

Your journey begins with a one-hour consultation. During this time, your current health status and goals are assessed, setting the foundation for a personalized plan.
