Our journey together begins with a conversation. After your initial consult, we’ll walk side by side as we uncover what works for you. We’ll talk through your goals, review what has or hasn’t worked in the past, and review any current test results. If new testing is needed, we’ll outline the next steps together.
From there, we’ll create a personalized plan that blends proven natural approaches with medical care—designed to deliver lasting, sustainable results. In the meantime, you’ll also receive simple, actionable changes you can begin right away.
Memberships start at $199/month (6-month minimum) and include:

Connect directly with Katie through personalized office visits.
Monthly Progress Check-Ins
One IV bag of electrolytes each month ( Vitamin Add-ons are additional)
Exclusive Supplementation Planning & Pricing | Supplements are recommended only when needed, and when they’re no longer necessary, I’ll guide you with a clear exit strategy.
