“Kick The Slump”

Adrenal Mocktail Recipe

Drink in AM before caffeine and in early afternoon "slump".

Great for hydration

electrolyte & adrenal (stress) support.

½ cup of fresh-squeezed organic oranges

(about 2 oranges)

½ cup of coconut water

1/8 tsp Celtic Sea Salt

¼ tsp of cream of tartar
